Frequently asked questions
Useful answers before you enquire
Do you sell directly to consumers?+
Our international sourcing and wholesale service is designed primarily for businesses. Consumer enquiries are not our current focus.
Can you source products not shown on the website?+
Yes. Submit the product name, brand, specification and quantity. We will assess the request without assuming availability.
Do you accept mixed-product orders?+
Mixed orders can be considered where the products, suppliers, handling needs and destination rules make consolidation practical.
Which countries do you supply?+
Our core focus includes Sri Lanka, and we consider enquiries for other international markets individually.
Can you arrange shipping?+
We can coordinate with appropriate freight providers or appointed agents, subject to destination, product type and agreed terms.
Are all products available continuously?+
No. Products, pack sizes, supplier terms and pricing can change, so availability is confirmed for each quotation.
What information is needed for a quotation?+
Product descriptions or links, preferred brands, quantities, budget, destination, required date and your business details help us prepare a useful response.
Who pays destination duties and taxes?+
This depends on the agreed trade terms. Unless expressly included in writing, destination duties, taxes, clearance fees and import costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
